Willets Point is a neighborhood in Queens, NY, and hometown to photographer Kenneth Lim.

Kenneth graduated magna cum laude from Brown University and began a five-year career in investment banking for JPMorgan after failing to recruit at Wu-Tang Financial. Wall Street led him to Hong Kong where he opened his first photography studio in 2008, and for over a decade has photographed anything and everything from MMA in Macau, poker tournaments in New Zealand to weddings in Hawaii.

In 2022, moving back to North America was the homecoming that inspired the Willets Point name. He now calls Canada his home where he is a husband and father of two.

Kenneth’s profound love for portraiture is complemented by a natural curiosity for meeting people and hearing their stories. He will consider his career full circle when he can photograph every day in retirement (and the NY Mets bring a championship home to Willets Point).
